The weekend after the 4th of July we had 14 people in my house for about 24 hours. Only 6 of them were adults. I'll let you think about that for a few minutes....
We adults spent most of our time in the garage talking, listening to music, drinking beer.
This (blurry) pic is A and her closest in age cousin, K. They are almost exactly a year apart. I hope as they get older they become close and are good friends.
A somehow sweet talked one of her older girl cousins into giving her some lipgloss. Which she then proceeded to put all over her face and toes.
We had a fish fry (those are the brothers! E, is the oldest on the right side, J the middle brother in the middle (natrually), and T is the youngest. That evening the sister-in-laws and I went to see the naked men dancing movie. Which, honestly, why did that movie have a plot? Seriously...
Anyways, a good time was had by all (and a better time by some). We were all sad to see them go. A still asks about when she might see her "cousins" again.
