A has really stepped up her vocabulary this summer. And she's started having a wild imagination. Those two converged recently on the way home from daycare last week.
A: Mama, there a monster in the car!
Me (not wanting her to be scared): Is the monster your friend?
A: Yeah. He my friend.
Me (wanting to be hospitable): Is monster going to be joining us for dinner?
A: No. He eat mommy car and daddy car.
Me: Oh no!
A: Hehehehehehe.
